2. We send these associate companies a Form in the beginning of each year to know of their following requirement, Number of multimedia professionals required by them in the coming year - The skill set required by them i.e.
   • Software,
   • Depth of Knowledge of Software,
   • Design & Concept Skills.
   Hands on practical work experience though project and Assignments.
   
3. On basis of the above requirements,
   • We open centres across India i.e. looking at the seats (job openings) required in the coming year, and,
   • Design a curriculum based on the requirement shown.
